The navigation, access and use of the referred website implies the acceptance, by the User of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice.
1. Terms of use of the portal
The access to the Portal by the Users is free and free of charge. However, the use, provision and/or contracting of services or products that, in its case, may be offered by MAREZ INSTALACIONES, S.L. may be subject to the previous completion of the corresponding form, prior acceptance of the particular conditions that may be applicable to them.
The mere access to the Portal does not imply, in itself, the establishment of any kind of link or commercial relationship between MAREZ INSTALACIONES, S.L. and the User, except when the appropriate means have been established for that purpose and the User has complied with the requirements that, in its case, are established.

MAREZ INSTALACIONES, S.L. shall not be liable for possible errors or security deficiencies that may occur due to the use, by the User, of technical means (hardware/software) that are not updated or insecure, as well as for damages, errors or inaccuracies that may derive from the malfunctioning of the browser.
3. Intellectual Property
All the contents, texts, images, and source codes of this portal are property of MAREZ INSTALACIONES, S.L. or of third parties from whom the exploitation rights have been acquired, and are protected by the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights.
The user only has the right to a private use of the same, with no profit motive, and needs express authorization from MAREZ INSTALACIONES, S.L. and the holder of the rights to modify, reproduce, exploit, distribute or any other right belonging to the holder.
